Alecto Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing renewable energy contractor based in Lancashire who are looking for fully qualified, experienced electricians to join the nationwide solar installation team!

The Role:

Install domestic & commercial solar systems - including ground-mounted setups
Travel across the UK (accommodation & away-from-home allowance provided)
Connect solar panels, inverters, and associated equipment to building power systems
Assembling, installing, testing and maintaining PV-related electrical/electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
Test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PV electrical systems
Assembling, installing, testing and maintaining PV-related electrical/electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
Planning layout and installation of PV-related electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
Ensure all work meets top safety and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
3+ years' electrical experience (essential)
Solid experience with Solar PV installation (essential)
18th Edition (BS7671) & Inspection & Testing (2391) - desirable but not essential
C&G 2372 PV training or equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence
Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and a strong team player

Package:

Competitive pay: £18.00 - £22.00/hr (depending on experience & qualifications)
Accommodation Paid + Overnight allowance
Vehicle and fuel card
