Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and oversee labour, materials, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

* Carry out quality and safety audits in line with internal management systems.

* Drive continuous improvements in health and safety practices.

* Provide training to ensure all installations meet the organisation's fitting specifications.

* Coach and mentor team members to support their ongoing development.

* Work closely with suppliers to enhance quality, logistics, and productivity.

About You:
We're looking for someone with strong people management skills who can lead from the front while working collaboratively. You may come from operational management, commercial management, or project management within construction or the building industry, or have direct experience in the social housing sector managing teams.

Applicants educated to degree level in construction or engineering are preferred, though this is not essential. A recognised health and safety certification is required
