Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum DOE

Fulltime: 39 hours Monday-Friday

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to be part of a small and friendly team working for a well-established manufacturing business supporting the Customer Service Team Leader. This role is commutable from Tideswell, Castleton, Ashbourne, Leek, Ilkeston, Sheffield, Derby and Alfreton.

Our client sells products across several channels and the successful candidate will be required to manage the administrative functions associated with B2B & B2C sales as well as dealing with customer enquiries.

Responsibilities:

* Providing excellent multi-channel customer service to customers in the UK and Overseas both online and by telephone

* Liaising with external organisations

* Building strong and lasting relationships with valued customers

* Using a computerised system to enter customer information/stock orders and forward orders, creating accounts

* Having relevant knowledge and understanding of the GDPR regulations

* Despatching of goods using carriers

* Raising Shipping Documentation and checking for accuracy

* Dealing with credits, returns and exchanges

* Checking stock availability

* Processing and consolidating invoices, raising invoices, raising forward orders

* Raising status order reports as required

* Taking payments from customers and adhering to PCIDSS

* Assisting other departments internally including helping in warehouse where necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

* Customer Services experience

* Fashion/Textile Industry knowledge an advantage but not essential

* Self-motivated with the ability to build effective customer relationships

* NVQ or equivalent qualification in Customer Service and/or E-Commerce

* Intermediate skill with Excel and other Microsoft related products

* Ability to learn and use computer systems

* Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

* Ability to work as a team and have a flexible approach to their work

* High attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy

* Self-motivated

* Must have own transport due to the location
