I am looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operation from launch and play a key role in shaping the dining experience as the venue grows. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a premium hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service, elevating standards, and building a memorable guest journey from day one.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, food delivery processes, and guest experience best practices
- Be confident in overseeing daily operations, managing service flow, and resolving guest queries with professionalism
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance the dining experience, menu presentation, and service style
- Be reliable, organised, and committed to a long-term leadership role within a growing venue
- Stay composed under pressure and maintain exceptional service during busy periods
- Have previous restaurant management or senior supervisory experience
- Be available for full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading days
- Have an interest in premium hospitality experiences, with opportunities to collaborate closely with the bar and kitchen teams
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistently exceptional service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the dining area
- Manage reservations, seating plans, guest flow, and service timing to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Build strong working relationships with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues quickly and maintaining a positive brand reputation
- Support stock management for FOH supplies, working with suppliers where necessary
- Assist with recruitment, team development, and ongoing performance management
- Contribute to menu development, service innovations, and guest experience initiatives that enhance the venue’s brand
- Uphold all health, safety, and food-hygiene standards across the operation
