Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute compelling, platform-specific content strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and campaign goals.
Monitor live sporting events and trending topics to create and publish timely, relevant, and engaging content that capitalises on key moments and drives audience interaction.
Build and nurture a vibrant online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and leveraging user-generated content to boost brand loyalty.
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and increase reach and conversion rates.
Bring fresh, bold ideas to the table. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, marketing, partnerships) to develop innovative campaigns that stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
Act as a brand ambassador across all social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Be prepared to work outside of standard hours when major sporting events or opportunities arise, ensuring the brand remains agile and responsive in real time
