Tax Supervisor/Manager

Location: Bristol

Position: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: £35-£60k D.O.E

Our client

Autograph are working alongside a leading, dynamic and growing practice with an office based in Bristol. Due to their continuing expansion, they are looking for a Mixed Tax Manager to join their Bristol team.

Responsibilities

Your work will include managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and mixed tax matters for a growing client base of owner-managed businesses.

Focus will be on reviewing corporation tax returns, purchase of own shares transactions, management of share schemes and employee ownership trusts

Key Skills & Competencies

• Your work will include running a portfolio of clients both corporate and personal, ranging from entrepreneurial private companies to subsidiaries of large groups.
• Focus will be on managing the clients' tax compliance affairs and day to day client management.
• Significant exposure to varied tax advice work on client portfolio and ad hoc queries.
• Help manage a team of Tax Assistants and Seniors working alongside colleagues.

The ideal candidate

• The ideal candidate is preferably AAT and CTA qualified, but we will also consider those qualified by experience.
• You will need post-qualification experience in corporate tax compliance
• Experience in either an assistant manager capacity or supervisory
