We're supporting a local primary School in Cirencester who require a SEN teaching assistant to support students on an individual basis. This role would start immediately and finish at the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships and teach at a local primary school, and to potentially secure long-term supply/permanent contracts in the future. Start date is ASAP.The RoleThis is a term-time only, temporary role. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of teaching and directing additional support staff, delivering lessons and utilising good behaviour management.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who:

• Level 3 TA qualification desirable
• Have experience supporting children with SEN needs.
• Are patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships
• Are committed to delivering the best quality learning.
