Role: Rental Returns Agent

Location: Stansted Airport

Payrate: £12.00ph

Shifts: 4 on 2 off (2 earlies, 2 lates, 2 off)

Shift times: 06:00am - 15:00pm & 15:00pm - 24:00pm

Logic 360 is currently collaborating with an industry leading car rental company based at Stansted Airport. We are supporting them with their search for Rental Returns Agents and are looking to speak with customer service focused individuals who enjoy delivering a first-class service. As a Rental Returns Agent, you will be responsible for successfully completing the final stages of the hire process and will be the customers final point of contact.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist customers with the return of their vehicle
When a car is returned you will do a vehicle inspection such as checking mileage, damage, defects, and faults.
Managing the car park area of the site
Liaising with the valet team to get the cars ready for the next customer
Preparing and completely relevant paper work
Requirements

Possess a full UK manual driver's license (Minimum 3 years experience)
Have an excellent eye for detail
Experience in vehicle damage inspection and assessment
Car body shop experience with be an advantage
Must be able to commit to the shift pattern and shift times
Key Skills Needed

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Interpersonal skills
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adeptly manage challenging situations.

Flexibility with your working availability is required. You will be allocated a 4 on 2 off roster which will contain a mixture of early and late shifts as per the above timings.

You must be able to work any day of the week (Including weekends) and do both early and late shifts.
