About the Role:

As an NPD Technologist, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering exciting new products within a diverse continental portfolio. Working closely with chefs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, you'll help turn creative ideas into commercially successful products that delight customers.

You'll be involved in:

* Supporting the development of new products from concept to launch

* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure product quality and feasibility

* Conducting trials and evaluations to refine recipes and processes

* Ensuring compliance with food safety and technical standards

What We're Looking For:

* A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field

* Placement experience in food manufacturing or 1-2 years in an NPD role

* A genuine passion for food and a strong interest in continental products like olives and charcuterie

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A proactive, hands-on approach and a desire to learn and grow
