Using Revit to model mechanical systems (with support from experienced Revit users)

Training on IES for building performance simulation

Working across all project stages, including technical detailing for contractors

The team will guide you through every aspect of the job, with the aim of you confidently leading your own projects within a couple years.

You'll need some prior industry experience-but curiosity, drive, and a practical mindset are essential. They look for candidates who bring something extra to the table, whether it's hands-on experience, creative problem-solving, or a quirk.

Ideal candidates will have:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field

Some form of practical, design, or engineering experience (even if from personal projects)

An interest in low-carbon and renewable heating technologies

A willingness to learn software tools like Revit and IES

The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team

Team Culture & Progression

This is a company that invests in people. Junior engineers are supported from day one, with the expectation that they'll become confident, all-round designers able to lead full projects in under two years.

You'll benefit from:

Daily mentorship and support from senior engineers

In-house training on industry tools and design methods
