Panoramic Associates is pleased to be working with one of our highly valued clients to recruit an Interim Children's Home Manager to support with turnaround. They need someone to join them immediately.

This 3 bed home based in Derbyshire requires a highly experienced Children's Home Manager to join them immediately for up to a year. You will work closely with the existing team to improve standards and ensure Ofsted requirements are met.

Responsibilities will include:

Daily Management of the home
Ofsted improvement
Budget management
Liaising with external agenciesTo be considered for this position you will have the following:

Children's Home Manager experience
NVQ L5
Good Ofsted track record (ideally turnaround)
