Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs are encouraged to apply

Has a solid grasp of early years child development

Can deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences

Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills

Works well as part of a team and values strong partnerships with families
