The Opportunity
We are working with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Construction Manager to join their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital innovation across major, high-profile construction projects, ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the digital delivery strategy across multiple construction projects

* Manage and implement BIM processes in line with ISO 19650 standards

* Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and information management workflows

* Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure digital compliance

* Provide training and support to internal teams on digital tools and best practices

* Drive continuous improvement in digital construction methodologies and technologies

* Ensure data integrity, security, and quality across all project information

* Carry out model coordination, clash detection, and validation using Solibri

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Digital Construction, BIM Manager, or similar role

* Strong knowledge of BIM standards, particularly ISO 19650

* Hands-on experience using Solibri for model checking and coordination

* Experience with leading CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex)

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Desirable Skills

* Experience with 4D/5D planning tools

* Knowledge of digital twins and emerging construction technologies
