A welcoming primary school in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who requires a calm, structured and understanding approach throughout the school day.

• Strong behaviour management skills
• Good understanding of Autism and ADHD

• Ability to build trust and form positive relationships
• Passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support across the school day
• Assisting with emotional regulation, engagement and classroom routines
• Supporting learning activities and encouraging positive behaviour
• Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO and wider staff team
• Contributing to a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
