Property Maintenance Assistant

Activus Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction company based in Aberdeenshire to recruit a Property Maintenance Assistant to join their contracts team.

Specialising in concrete works, civil engineering, and main contracting, they are known for their reliability, technical expertise, and consistent project delivery across a diverse portfolio.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone practical and adaptable. Duties will include:

Joinery works

*

Painting and decorating

*

General property maintenance and repairs

*

Cleaning slabs and external surfaces

*

Gritting public areas during winter months

*

Cleaning gutters

*

Tidying and maintaining small landscaped areas

*

Supporting the wider contracts team as required

Travel across Aberdeenshire will be required, although the role is based in Oldmeldrum.

About You

Previous experience in a similar property maintenance role

*

Ability to turn your hand to a wide range of tasks

*

Practical, reliable, and proactive approach

*

Full UK driving licence
