JOB TITLE

WORKING HOURS
Typical working hours are 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. As the role is task-based, efficient completion of site activities can allow for flexibility in the working day.

Due to the nature of site operations, flexibility is required, and occasional additional hours or weekend work may be requested, depending on project requirements. These infrequent instances will be paid as overtime.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Typical working hours are 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, with workloads planned around the completion of agreed site activities. Where works are completed satisfactorily and the client has signed a timesheet, this can on occasion allow for earlier finishes.

You will be provided with a Leica GPS instrument, TS16 total station and CS20 controller, and a laptop with AutoCAD.

Typical duties include (but are not limited to):

* Introducing primary control and datums

* Setting out including, but not limited to: gridlines, bolt sets, shutters, pop-ups, manholes, kerbs and associated elements

* Undertaking various site surveys and producing AutoCAD outputs

* Updating the Grid Point drawing register

* Ensuring works are delivered efficiently and within agreed timeframes

LOCATION

Roving across the Southern region, to include Hampshire, Sussex and Kent. Work is planned regionally where possible, and you will generally attend one site per day. Flexibility is required, as there may be occasions where additional travel or attendance at a second site is needed to support operational requirements.

Workloads are planned to be efficient and manageable. Occasional overnight stays may be required, depending on project location. All reasonable expenses are covered.
