Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking for a fresh opportunity after Easter? Reed Education are working closely with a well-established secondary school in Daventry who are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or an early-career teacher who is confident delivering Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school has a supportive leadership team and strong departmental structure, making it a great environment to develop and thrive.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons to KS3–KS4 pupils
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND
• Plan, assess, and track pupil progress in line with school policies
• Contribute to the wider school community and Maths department

What We’re Looking For

• A strong subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics
• QTS, PGCE, or other relevant teaching qualification (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
