The Ideal Candidate

* 5+ years in project management , ideally with exposure to process/packaging equipment, factory expansions, or automation.

* Proven track record managing full project lifecycles (£100k+ CAPEX), including risk mitigation, budget control, and contractor/team coordination.

* Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; PM certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.

* Personality & Skills:

* A collaborative influencer who builds trust with stakeholders at all levels (operations to leadership).

* Decisive problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering under pressure.
