Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Housing Compliance Systems Consultant to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Essex.

Your Day-to-Day

* Provide hands-on delivery support to stand up and stabilise the organisation's new compliance system.

* Take day-to-day ownership of implementation workstreams.

* Coordinate with suppliers to align data fields, references, and evidence return formats.

* Maintain an auditable trail of decisions and changes.

What you'll need

* Experience in local authority / housing / property compliance environments.

* Proven experience implementing or onboarding a compliance / asset / FM system

* Strong data skills: cleaning, mapping and de-duplicating records, comfortable working with messy operational datasets.
