Gas Engineer, Birmingham, Salary up to £40,000 per annum + Overtime (OTE 50K+)

We are recruiting for a qualified Gas Engineer to work for a leading UK Facilities Management firm. The Gas Engineer will be required to cover service and maintenance contracts across the Midlands on a full time permanent basis. The working hours will be 40 hours a week with a minimal on call rota with overtime available.

This Gas engineer will have experience working in facilities management on a commercial basis, carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

Main Duties will include:

Responding to and completing the planned, reactive and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team in a timely manner.
Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained.
Undertaking repairs and installations of commercial gas systems.
Following health and safety policies/legislation.
Providing an excellent standard of customer service to peers and contract holders.
Candidate Requirements:

Commercial Gas Tickets COCN1 or CODNCO1
Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating
Must hold a full UK driving license.
