As the lead Site Manager on site, you’ll oversee operations day-to-day while working closely with a visiting Project Manager to drive programme, quality and safety. If you’re a confident and experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering complex refurbishments, this role offers genuine long-term progression.

Requirements

• Experience delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Up-to-date certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.

Package

• Salary up to £55,000 + vehicle + full benefits
