We are working on behalf of a highly reputable provider of children's residential services to recruit a Registered Manager for one of their established homes in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead a high-quality service supporting children with EBD and complex needs.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of £45,000, with additional performance-based bonuses, including incentives for home turnaround, occupancy levels, and travel/mileage where required.

Full operational responsibility for the children's home, in line with Ofsted standards
Lead, support and develop the residential care team to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and all regulatory requirements
Develop positive relationships with young people, families, and external professionals
Oversee staffing, budgets, referrals, and placement matchingCandidate Requirements:
Must have experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Excellent knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
