The Best Connection are hiring for General Operatives for a large manufacturing site in TS6, Middlesbrough. The Client is an industry-leader, with great benefits and potential for its staff.

This role has the potential to go perm with the Client once a successful probation period has been passed.

Location:

• Middlesbrough, TS6

Shift schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00am to 15:30pm
• Some overtime may be available on weekends, paid at a higher rate

The role includes:

• Supporting in the production of steel doors
• Preparing materials for powder coating
• Moving goods around the warehouse
• Ensuring finished products are inspected and high-quality standards are met
• Ensuring customer orders are handled with care

Successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a General Operative or similar role ideal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• A desire to learn, with great punctuation and an excellent work ethic

Pay rate and benefits:

• £12.98 per hour, £27,000 per annum
• £19.47 per hour Saturday
• £25.96 per hour Sunday

With the potential to go permanent with the Client, the following benefits will occur:

• 24 holidays (plus bank holidays), increasing by 1 day for every year of service up to 4 years
