A rare opportunity has arisen with a well-established manufacturing company in Medway. We're seeking a hands-on, pemanent Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and drive improvements across warehouse and stores operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of two
Manage goods-in, stock control, and dispatch
Support production with timely material flow
Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and ERP systems (Sage preferred)
Operate forklifts safely (valid licence required)
Drive continuous improvement and ensure H&S complianceWhat We're Looking For:

Proven warehouse leadership in a manufacturing setting
Strong inventory and ERP system experience
Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Bendi preferred)
