Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Lowestoft
Service: Supported Living
Shift Pattern: 24 Hours

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our supported living service, supporting individuals to live independently within their own homes.

This role involves delivering person-centred care and support, promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times. Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support, this post is open to female applicants only (in line with the Equality Act 2010 - occupational requirement).

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks

Encouraging independence and community involvement

Providing emotional support and companionship

Supporting with medication (where trained)

Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
