Electrical Maintenance Engineer

£46,000 - £48,000 per annum + Overtime + On-Call

We are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a high-profile commercial site in NW1.

This is a site-based role within an established facilities team, delivering a strong focus on planned maintenance (PPMs).

Working alongside the Lead Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining building services and ensuring high standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs - 90%)

* Attend reactive maintenance and electrical faults

* Support minor mechanical and building services tasks

* Assist with L8 / water hygiene compliance

* Work closely with the Lead Engineer and site team

* Participate in on-call rota

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 40 hours

* 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00

* Overtime available

Requirements:

* Level 3 Electrical Qualification

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

* L8 Awareness

* Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial buildings

* Multi-skilled knowledge (basic mechanical)

* Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive
