Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new challenge? A small, supportive Alternative Provision in Solihull is seeking a strong and proactive HLTA to join their dedicated team.

About the Role:

Working within a secondary alternative provision setting with small class sizes
Supporting students with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs
Delivering and covering core subjects (English, Maths, Science) in the absence of teachers
Promoting a positive learning environment and modelling calm, consistent behaviour management
Collaborating with teachers and support staff to meet students' individual needsWhat We're Looking For:

A qualified HLTA or an experienced TA confident in covering whole classes
Strong behaviour management and resilience in working with challenging behaviour
Ability to teach and support core subjects confidently
