We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring product quality and process compliance throughout the production lifecycle. You will play a key part in supporting manufacturing operations, conducting in-process inspections, and ensuring that all teams adhere to established procedures and quality standards.

The Role

  • Conduct in-process inspections across various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure product conformity.
  • Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
  • Identify and report non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with production teams to provide real-time quality support and guidance.
  • Ensure all inspection results are accurately recorded and documented in line with company requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Verify that materials, components, and finished products meet required standards before progression or dispatch.
  • Promote a culture of quality, ensuring teams consistently adhere to processes and procedures.

The Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Quality Inspector role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in in-process inspection is essential.
  • Good understanding of quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (where applicable).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with production teams.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and documentation systems is desirable.
