We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an IT Application Support Analyst to join their growing IT team.
This role will focus on providing 2nd/3rd line support for business-critical applications, alongside leading data migration projects into SharePoint Online.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with internal teams and vendors
- Plan and deliver data migrations into SharePoint Online
- Configure SharePoint libraries, permissions, and metadata
- Create documentation and support end users
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
Requirements- Experience in application support within a corporate environment
- Strong SharePoint Online administration experience
- Knowledge of data migration tools (e.g. ShareGate, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable: ERP systems, basic SQL, ITIL
