At Long-Term Teachers, we are working with a fantastic nursery in the Evesham area that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role: As an EYFS Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
You’ll be responsible for:

Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5

Promoting independence, confidence, and kindness in the children you care for

Delivering creative and well-structured activities based on EYFS frameworks

Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

Encouraging resilience, self-esteem, and cooperation among young learners

What We’re Looking For: You’ll need to be:

Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or equivalent)
