Panel Wirer - 6-Month Contract / Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Location: Cheshire
Rate: £22-£24 per hour (Outside IR35 - Ltd Co. / Umbrella / PAYE)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract Or Temp to permanent
Start Date: Immediate start available
 Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

Join a Leading Engineering Firm

A respected and long-established engineering company in Cheshire is looking for skilled Panel Wirers to join their team. Due to a surge in new projects, this is a great opportunity to secure a long-term contract with the possibility of a permanent role.

Key Duties

Build, rework, and repair PCBs
Terminate cable assemblies (RF, power, and data cables)
Cabinet, rack, and box wiring
Crimping and soldering (22awg to 10awg cable)
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
Assemble mechanical racks and integrated systems
Conduct inspections and testing of finished assemblies
Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality
Required Skills & Experience

Time-served electrician or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field
Solid background in electro-mechanical assembly and cable integration
Ability to work from complex drawings and schematics
IPC 610/620 or J-STD certifications (desirable)
Previous manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Contract Highlights

Outside IR35 - Ltd Company, Umbrella, or PAYE options
On-site role only
Flexible working hours across 4.5 days (early Friday finish)
