Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to support the overall team, providing administrative support to the Office Supervisor, Sales Team and Service Team. This role will carry out invoicing, sales ledger duties and assist in the process of payroll.

  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • NG8, Nottingham
  • Permanent, full-time (Mon - Thur, 9.00am - 5.30pm & Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm)

Duties include:

  • Assist in the process of two weekly payroll
  • Update and carry out checks on employee records
  • Various administration tasks with regards to payroll and employees
  • Produce Nottingham Industrial Cleaners Limited invoices four weekly
  • Preparing quotations for the Sales Team
  • Maintaining various databases
  • Contract administration including setting up new accounts, updating and terminations
  • General administration duties including filing, photocopying, typing
