Our well-established client in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their friendly team immediately on a temporary basis—with a chance of the position becoming permanent.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Supporting customers with product information and technical advice

* Processing sales orders and handling returns and customer credits

* Delivering first-class customer service via phone and email

* Providing essential administrative support to the sales and technical teams

* Managing ad hoc admin tasks to keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

* Strong administration and communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach

* A basic understanding of technical products (training will be provided)

* Someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately
