Responsibilities:

Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
Accruals and prepayments
Journal entries
Variance analysis and supporting commentary
Various ad-hoc weekly reporting
Processing engineer timesheets
Sales invoicing  
Supporting with Purchase Ledger
HR administration
Person Specification:

Experience in a similar accounting role role 
Confident with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
