We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly expanding business in the luxury packaging space to recruit a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of sustainable, bespoke packaging solutions, working with prestigious brands across sectors including beauty, fine spirits, electronics, and premium retail.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by securing new business with high-end, design-led brands. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will deliver tailored packaging solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, target, and secure new B2B opportunities within luxury and premium sectors

* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads

* Engage with senior stakeholders to understand brand and packaging requirements

* Deliver consultative sales solutions aligned with sustainability and innovation goals

* Collaborate with internal teams across design, production, and sustainability

* Develop long-term client relationships and partnerships

* Stay informed on market trends, materials, and luxury branding developments

* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

About You

* Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within luxury packaging, premium goods, or creative industries

* Strong network within sectors such as beauty, retail, lifestyle, confectionery, or spirits

* Proven track record in consultative, high-value solution sales

* Solid understanding of sustainable packaging trends and commercial awareness

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and design

* Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and performance
