We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join a well-established, family-run commercial installation company based in Camberley. Known for their bespoke solutions and long-standing client relationships, this role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Day-to-day of the role: - Manage all aspects of office administration and operations to support the leadership team and wider staff.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure efficient time management.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain strong business relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support with finance functions, including invoicing using Xero accounting software
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and internal policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Promote a professional and positive office environment, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a senior administrative role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience with Xero or similar software is desirable
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
