Transport Co-ordinator - Entry Level Opportunity
Location: Antrim (Belfast area)
Salary: Negotiable (Depending on Experience)
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am - 8pm
(Training period: 9:00am - 5:30pm)

Supreme Recruitment are working with a well-established logistics company in Belfast who are looking to bring in a motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Transport Co-ordinator. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in logistics and supply chain, with full training provided and real opportunities to progress as the business continues to expand.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the daily running of UK import operations

Preparing basic transport documentation (PODs, KPIs, export forms)

Learning to manage bookings, collections and deliveries

Communicating with customers and transport providers

Assisting with the planning of UK freight movement

Maintaining internal systems and ensuring compliance

Escalating any issues or delays to management

Taking on new responsibilities as you grow in the role

What We're Looking For:

6-12 months' experience in a transport, logistics, or admin role (preferred but not essential)

Keen to learn about groupage shipping, customs, and international freight

Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems

A strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Great communication and organisational skills

A full, clean UK driving licence is preferred but not a dealbreaker
