Deputy Nurse Manager

Work as Deputy Nurse Manager for a new nursing and residential home in Lytham, St. Anne’s.  The Home is open but still in commissioning stages, and we are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead / Nurse Deputy to drive the service forward.
This is a full time, mainly supernumery role, working 40 hours per week, and will include 2 x 12 hour shifts and 2 x 8am-5pm days (includes some weekend work)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Home Manager, commissioning experience is desirable. 
To apply, you will be a qualified Nurse – RGN or RMN – with elderly care experience within a care home and previous management experience at clinical lead, deputy, or home manager level, .
 

• This is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week – and the role is mainly supernumery but will also include working on the floor if required as nurse manager.

 

• The annual salary is £52,000

 

• The role in includes some weekends, 2 long days, and 2 shorter days per week

 

• Excellent career progression opportunities are available within the group with scope to become a Registered Manager in the future.

 

• You will be managing a team of Nurses and Care staff, assisting the Home Manager in running the service, be visible on the floor 2 days per week, training and coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of care are adhered to.
