SEN Teaching Assistant - Exciting Full-Time Opportunity in Hammersmith & Fulham (January 2026 Start)

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant for a vibrant, well-resourced secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham, starting January 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH
* Working alongside teachers to deliver personalised learning support
* Providing 1:1 mentoring and small-group interventions
* Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional support
* Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop resilienceWho We're Looking For:

A graduate with an interest in education, psychology, or youth work
* Experience with SEN or young people (school, tutoring, volunteering, mentoring all welcome)
* Empathy, patience, and ability to build rapport
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skillsEligibility Criteria:

A degree
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure
* Overseas Police Checks if required
* Clear employment history on CV (10 years where possible)
