CRM Executive (HubSpot) – Manufacturing
Stockport | Up to £35,000 | Office-Based | Free Parking
My client, a successful and expanding manufacturing business based in Stockport, is looking for a hands-on CRM Executive to take ownership of their HubSpot CRM and drive better efficiency across sales and marketing teams.
This is a practical, execution-focused role where you’ll build clean data, smart automation, and meaningful reporting. You’ll play a key part in ensuring HubSpot supports day-to-day operations across multiple brands and business units.
What you’ll be doing
CRM & HubSpot Management
- Own the day-to-day running and development of HubSpot across the group
- Maintain clean and well-structured CRM data (contacts, companies, deals)
- Build and manage lifecycle stages, properties, segmentation and data structure
- Ensure HubSpot is easy to use and supports consistent ways of working
Marketing Automation & Customer Journeys
- Build and manage marketing emails and automated workflows
- Support lead and customer journeys including onboarding, nurturing and re-engagement
- Work with marketing to deliver campaigns using accurate segmentation and personalisation
- Ensure CRM communications are targeted, relevant and compliant
Sales Support & Enablement
- Support sales with CRM setup, pipelines, views and basic automation
- Ensure leads, opportunities and customers are tracked clearly and consistently
- Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline visibility and performance
- Provide day-to-day HubSpot support to sales users
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards across sales and marketing
- Use CRM insights to improve engagement, efficiency and performance
- Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work and streamline processes
What you’ll need
- Recent experience in a Marketing, CRM or similar role
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (essential)
- Experience supporting both sales and marketing teams
- Strong understanding of B2B CRM, funnels and customer journeys
- Confident building workflows, lists, automation and reports
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
