Job Title: Contract Programme Manager (Outside IR35)Location: Cambridge, UKWe’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Project Manager or Programme Manager to take charge of high-impact electronics manufacturing projects from concept to delivery. Based in Cambridge, you’ll be the go-to lead for programme execution, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination.In this pivotal role, you’ll own the full project lifecycle—delivering complex electronics-based programmes on time, on budget, and to spec.You’ll be the key interface for customers, driving schedules, solving roadblocks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, production, and sales.What we’re after: a strategic thinker and doer with strong programme management credentials, ideally backed by a degree in engineering or electronics. Experience in the defence, aerospace, or security sectors? Even better.
