Customer Service Advisor Chessington, Surrey Salary of £25,000 – £27,000 per annum.Hours: 9-5pm Office based with parking.
Our client is a leading company in sales, marketing, and distribution to the UK food services industry.
Main responsibilities
- Processing sales and sample orders on the Access (ERP) system
- Answer customer queries in a timely manner related to items such as: Stock Levels, Price, Delivery and Lead times.
- Booking deliveries with customer warehouses.
- Arrange and prepare relevant documentation for transportation of goods with relevant carriers.
- Support field-based sales team.
- Liaise with other departments to fulfil customer requirements.
- General ad hoc administration and filing.
Essential Candidate experience/skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong customer services background
- Confident telephone manner
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Proactive ‘Can Do’ approach.
- Good numeracy skills
- Team player
LocationThe office is located in Chessington, Surrey and is accessible by car, K2 Bus route and Tolworth train station is approximately 15 minutes’ walk.
