Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and making a difference in the classroom? We're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable General Cover Teacher to join our vibrant Partnership Secondary School in Wisbech - a place where no two days are the same and every day brings new opportunities to engage, support, and empower students across a variety of subjects.

The Role:

As a General Cover Teacher, you'll step into the classroom to deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Your role is vital in keeping students on track and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. You'll work across different subjects and year groups, giving you variety and the chance to build a broad teaching experience.

What You'll Bring:

ideally Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience Teaching the UK Curriculum

An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong classroom management and an adaptable teaching style

A solid understanding of the UK curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideal Experience:

Previous classroom or education setting experience

Confident managing short-term teaching assignments across subjects

Able to engage students of mixed abilities and backgrounds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
