Remortgage Conveyancer - Hybrid / Newport, South Wales


Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Bonuses + Excellebt Benefits

TSR Legal are currently working with one of South Wales' most innovative residential conveyancing companies to find motivated, detail-driven Remortgage Conveyancers to join their growing team. The Role
As a Remortgage Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction to completion. This includes:


  • Managing all legal aspects of the remortgage process including leasehold, transfer of equity, staircasing, and tenancy remortgages.

  • Reviewing property titles, mortgage offers, and dealing with relevant correspondence.

  • Ensuring all work is carried out accurately and efficiently, while meeting deadlines and service level expectations.

  • Maintaining up-to-date and thorough case records on the CMS.

  • Delivering exceptional client care and clear communication with third parties throughout the process.

  • Meeting performance and service KPIs in line with the department's objectives.

  • A strong track record managing remortgage casework independently.

  • Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment when handling legal matters.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in resolving queries and client concerns.

  • Proactive case progression and problem-solving skills.
