Location: Care Leavers Hub, near Westgate

We’re recruiting two Personal Advisors to support care-experienced young people (16–25) as they move into adulthood. You’ll help them navigate housing, education, employment, health, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships and develop Pathway Plans
- Advocate across housing, education, and health services
- Support with mental health, substance misuse, and disabilities
- Guide tenancy management and family reunification
- Maintain accurate records and reports
What We’re Looking For- Experience with care leavers or similar settings
- Strong communication, planning, and IT skills
- Comfortable working with 18–25 year olds
- Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable young people
Caseload & Support- Up to 25 young people (no handovers)
