Signature Recruitment is seeking a Programme Administrator to support an undergraduate programme within a well-regarded London higher education institution.
This is a full-time temporary role offering £20.02 per hour, based fully on-site in London. This is a long-term temporary opportunity lasting approximately 9 months, with a 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, and holiday pay included. You will join a collaborative programme team, working closely with academics and professional services colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of the undergraduate programme. Sitting at the centre of student and assessment processes, you will manage key administrative activities while providing a supportive and responsive service to students.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full academic cycle, from assessment administration through to year-end processes. You will strengthen your Excel and data management skills, build confidence working with stakeholders, and develop valuable experience within a structured higher education environment.
Programme Administrator - Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end assessment administration, ensuring accuracy across marksheets and results
- Act as a first point of contact for students, handling queries and inbox communications
- Maintain and update student records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Support academic staff and stakeholders with programme delivery and coordination
- Assist with student communications, events, and engagement activities
- Contribute to key academic cycle processes, including preparation for the next year
Programme Administrator - Key Skills:- Strong Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP and data filtering
- Experience working within a higher education environment
- Clear and confident communication with students and academic staff
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
