Key Responsibilities Include:

* Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Fostering students' creativity, confidence, and communication skills through drama.

* Contributing to the school's extracurricular drama provision.

* Collaborating effectively with colleagues within the Arts department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* A degree in Drama or a related field.

* Successful experience teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
