About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for growing revenue and strengthening long-term relationships across an established portfolio of business customers. This is a consultative, relationship-led role focused on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and providing an exceptional customer experience to drive repeat business and account growth.

You will manage existing accounts, develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand services and solutions within each account. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless delivery and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business customers

* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers

* Conduct regular account reviews and needs assessments

* Identify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities

* Present tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements and budgets

* Maintain strong product and solution knowledge

* Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues

* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery

* Track and report account performance, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity

Skills, Experience & Competencies

* Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales or account management

* Proven track record of managing and growing existing customer accounts

* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

* Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions

* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts

* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

* Full UK driving licence
