South Molton | Day Shift | Temporary to Permanent | Onsite

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Stores Person for a well-established and busy manufacturing client in South Molton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time work with the potential to transition to a permanent position.

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8am - 12pm

Key Duties

Issue parts against the appropriate material requests.

Receive and check components against incoming documentation, maintaining full traceability.

Assist with the physical movement of parts into and out of the stores area.

Issue and despatch transfer orders to other warehouses.

Carry out regular stock checks as required by company procedures.

Ensure all stock complies with company procedures at all times.

Use the appropriate company procedures and computerised stock control system.

Conduct cycle counting as required.

Requirements

Previous stores experience, ideally within aerospace or another tightly regulated environment.

Experience using a computerised stock control system, ideally involving MRP.

Numerate and literate with good attention to detail.
