Fabricator / Welder / Fitter - Permanent Opportunity

Location: Aldridge, West Midlands
Pay: £16.50 - £18.50 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday | Days | Overtime Available

Are you a hands-on Fabricator, Welder, or Fitter looking for a role where no two days are the same? Workforce is partnering with a thriving engineering manufacturer, known for bespoke project-based fabrication, to recruit a talented team member who wants to see projects through from start to finish. This is not bench work - this is real, challenging, and rewarding engineering.

The Role

Blend of 30% welding/fabrication & 70% fitting/assembly
MIG welding experience required (TIG experience is a big plus!)
Fabricate and assemble engineered structures with precision
Work from fully detailed engineering drawings
Hands-on mechanical fitting and assembly work
Operate in a covered workshop environment
Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team

Who We're Looking For

Skilled Fabricator / Welder / Fitter with proven experience
Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
Strong practical mechanical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated but thrives in a team environment
Experience in project-based or bespoke fabrication is highly advantageous
Positive, reliable attitude - someone who takes pride in their work

Day shift: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 16:30 (overtime available)
